Mortgage lenders ALWAYS check your credit report. The problem for consumers is that there are four credit agencies, and not every lender checks every credit agency. While one might show details of the Default you picked up 4 years ago, the others may not! Crazy isn’t it?

Once downloaded you can upload the report to the client portal
We will receive an email to let us know your credit report has arrived securely within the portal. If you don’t want a copy of your report hanging around on your computer, delete it after you have sent it to us.
